Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will need to have the ability to work together with others in an office environment. The Administrative Assistant will have the ability to work towards tight time frame and know how to utilize the resources provided to them.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist office personnel with administrative tasks as needed
  • Manage employees time logs & prepare for approval
  • Send & file invoicing as required
  • Manage employee information forms
  • Assist HR in the hiring of new employees as needed
  • Manage expense reports
  • Take meeting minutes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with computers, emailing & word/excel software
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Hard worker
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to take direction


  • Starting wage of $16/hr-$18/hr – based on experience
  • Group plan benefit package – available after probation period
